Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Deane & White cookware. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Returns

  • Items must be unused. Once cookware has been placed on a stove or shows signs of use, it cannot be returned.

  • To verify this, we require customers to send clear photos of the item before shipping it back.

  • Signs of use may include:

    • Burn marks or discoloration on the base

    • Residue, stains, or scratches inside the pot/pan

    • Heat wear on handles or lids

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Any cookware that shows signs of use, damage, or modification not caused by us
